Seeking help is an act of bravery, and I encourage you to be proud of taking that first step. Remember, you are worth it!

I specialize in treating

  • Trauma/PTSD

A traumatic event is not the problem. The issues are more about the brain’s information processing of the event. Trauma can have long lasting effects on all aspects of your life. It can cause medical complications, physical symptoms, and emotional symptoms.

Trauma focused therapy will help your brain realize you’ve survived the trauma and that it is no longer a threat. This will allow the ability for your mind and body to relax.

I am here to provide support and therapy to greatly reduce, if not prevent, the onset or continuation of the impacts from trauma.

  • Domestic & Intimate partner violence

Therapy for domestic violence can provide essential support by helping individuals process trauma, develop coping strategies, and break the cycle of abuse, while helping identify patterns of unhealthy behavior and promote healthier relationships in the future.

During our sessions I will provide a safe space to explore emotions, build self-esteem, and empower survivors to make informed decisions about your well-being.

  • Teens

Teenage years are some of the most difficult times in our lives. Having someone to talk to, that can be trusted, is imperative and allows adolescents to feel safe, heard, and comfortable, as they navigate rough waters. Early intervention with teens can equip them with valuable skills and tools to navigate life’s complexities.

My goal is to provide a comfortable, confidential, safe space to express emotions, explore identity, and enhance communication skills. My goal is to help with school pressures, family conflicts, fostering personal growth and resilience, and support symptoms consistent with depression and anxiety.
